The Road So Far

Well, one month ago, I announced to the Worldwide Web that my PS2 have officially hit the grave! Wonderfully, my PS2 became Jesus and resurrected from the grave in front of my local PS2 repair guy before he can even crack it open. Wonderful my dear PS2, wonderful, youhavejustmademegototherepairguytofindoutthatnothing'swrongwithyou!!!! =) Chapter close

Next chapter, being in homeschooling is not staying at home mind you. I wonder why everyone thinks that homeschooling is about staying at home and studying. So then again, having s small homeschooling group makes us flexible to the rules, but sometimes, these people go too far. I don't know where to categorize these bunch of students (excluding me) when it comes to 'money spending' or 'spoiled kids'. Seriously speaking, At least every 2 weeks, there will be one day where we either eat McDonalds or Pizza. Which of course brings the money issue up and I always run out of money before the week ends. Not forgetting that my class is practically 7-8 girls and only 3 guys, therefore always getting our orders MIXED UP!!! Next time the guy should order. Then again, after all those food matters, I still have to stay in the church office after class because i have no transport home. Great! I'm stuck in church practically Sunday to Sunday; "Oh! I'm so holy! =)" Chapter close

Lets skip my daily rants and lets move on to something fun. LIFEWIRE RETREAT! Never heard of it?! You've gotta be jokin! Too bad! It's too late for you to know whats it about, registration is closed. Okay, to make this clear to everyone, LifeWire is our new youth name/identification. What happened to ALFA Youth? Oh, we have shifted to our new building and decided to have a new name too! =) Don;t you think LifeWire Youth sounds more 'bzzzttttt' ;) So Instead of having our Leadership Retreat, we replaced it with LifeWire Retreat which from my opinion appears to be a new thing instead of always saying breakaway or youth camp or any other thing. So we, the committee members of LifeWire went through tiring meetings planning for a great event for all the youths who had register! We even had our 'talented in doing strange things that sometimes no one understand' pastor to do a promo/inspirational video for our nice little retreat. Many responded. =) Cool eh?

Another thing about LifeWire. Remember our ALFA blog at http://www.alfaexpressions.blogspot.com? Well, go there now to find out that we have a funky new blog at http://www.lifewireyouth.blogspot.com! Really funky and sleek thanks to our graphics and media team. =D So if you DO keep track of our ALFA blog, please remember to change it to our LifeWire youth blog. =)
